Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Proposition Analyst to work closely with the Product Management team to research and support the development of business cases for new developments, analysing the competitive landscape, opportunities, costs, and pricing strategy.
This role can be hybrid or remote, subject to location. Initially, attendance at our Bracknell office will be required for training. The role supports management teams in Revenues & Benefits and Central Government to define and implement go-to-market strategies, including product research, business case development, pricing, USPs, market messaging, launch plans, customer engagement, sales support, and reference site development.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to develop product USPs and messaging.
Support internal product launch activities, ensuring teams understand the proposition and messaging, and produce collateral such as presentations and pricing guides.
Conduct market research including competitor activity, market sizing, and trends.
Support external product launch plans to generate leads.
Maximise customer value through integrated communication plans, including events and content marketing.
Develop content for campaigns, including presentations, videos, blogs, and brochures.
Assist with software release bulletins, internal briefings, and sales proposals.
Support sales with ad-hoc queries and manage product roadmaps and catalogues.
Develop content for the Customer Portal and analyze sales activities for planning.
Qualifications & Experience Strong interpersonal and management skills.
Experience in product analysis within local and/or central government.
IT sector experience and ability to translate technical language.
Qualification in Business, Communications, IT, or similar.
Understanding of the Public Sector and software development lifecycle.
Experience in product marketing, market research, and competitor analysis.
UK Driving License and ability to obtain security clearance.
