Senior Vehicle Technician Pay, Hours and Benefits
1. £35,000
2. 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
3. 23 days holiday plus bank holidays

Senior Vehicle Technician Role Overview
7. The Senior Vehicle Technician will specialise in customer vehicle adaptations for their specific needs.
8. They are looking for a highly motivated team player, who is looking for an opportunity to be a part of making a difference to someone’s life by improving their mobility. There is a positive, friendly and encouraging family culture across the business.
9. The role is primarily based at their Workshop in Peterborough, but there will be an occasional requirement to carry out installations at customers houses or car dealerships in the branch area.
10. The business will provide an excellent induction and training programme and on-going full support to enable you to be successful in the role.
Senior Vehicle Technician Candidate Requirements
11. Experienced automotive mechanic or engineer, with a recognized qualification in motor vehicle mechanics
12. Extensive experience of vehicle mechanics, electricals and body structure, having undertaken a structured training scheme or recognized apprenticeship
13. Flexible and used to working to high standards
14. Have a strong ability to provide excellent customer service
15. Hold a full clean driving license
16. Experience of and ability to train others
17. Organized with good planning skills
18. Motivated and able to work on own initiative
Senior Vehicle Technician Key Responsibilities
19. Provide a professional installation service for all of the company products
20. Deal with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
21. Work to a weekly and daily schedule of work
22. Conduct on-site training/guidance for new customers
23. Provide Technical support for installers
24. Liaise with clients, sales, engineering and manufacturing colleagues
25. Contribute to on-site training for distributers
26. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard
27. Confirm to all health and safety practices
