Office Administrator
Elcomponent is a technology company providing energy management/IOT solutions to commercial and industrial customers. We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our team at our offices in Bishops Stortford.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales order processing
* Quotation Preparation
* Answering incoming telephone calls and emails
* Maintaining and updating databases and spreadsheets
* Administration of repairs and returns
* Hire administration
* General office and administrative duties
Candidate Requirements:
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
* High level of attention to detail
* Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
* Strong organisational skills
* A proactive approach with a willingness to support colleagues as required
Full training will be provided; however, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 (one-hour lunch break) – Part time will be considered.
The position is office based.
