We’relooking for a Clinical Nurse Manager to join theOrthopaedicWard at The Princess Grace Hospital, currently rated “Good” by the CQC.
The Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM)for theOrthopaedicsdepartmentplays a pivotal role in enhancing patient experiences and delivering exceptional clinical and professional leadership to the team.
This position provides mentorship and support to junior staff, serving as botha clinical expertand rolemodel. The CNM ensures that the highest standards of care aremaintainedthrough rigorous monitoring of both personal and team clinical competence.
This role also involves responsibility for fostering development initiatives, implementing evidence-based practices, and deliveringa qualityservice to patients, their families, and other stakeholders.
The CNMis responsible formanaging daily operations within the surgical ward, adhering to budgetary guidelines, and meeting workforce planning objectives.
The role requires active promotion of the Unit within Princess Grace Hospital and HCA, as well as participation in relevant forums to drive continuous improvement.

Whatyou’llbring:
1. Registered Nurse qualification
2. Minimum of 5 years of post-registration experience, with at least 3 years in anOrthopaedicsetting
3. Specialty certification relevant toOrthopaedics
4. Certification in Teaching, Assessing, or Mentorship
5. Management qualification desirable
