The Account Manager Role:
As Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind client relationships—managing live projects, optimising listings, and delivering high-impact results across leading marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager:
* Be the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and communication
* Run client review meetings, track performance, and anticipate business needs
* Manage product onboarding from selection through to listing on retail platforms
* Conduct pricing and market research to guide client proposals
* Coordinate with teams to collect and QA product content, imagery, and data
* Identify revenue growth opportunities and develop account expansion strategies
* Help pitch our services to new prospective clients
What We’re Looking For
* Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
* Strong Excel and data handling skills
* Previous experience in retail, buying, e-commerce or product listing
* Knowledge of SEO, marketplaces, or digital marketing is a big plus
* Experience with CMS or online retail platforms preferred
* Bonus: basic Photoshop/image editing skills
