Job Summary
* Assisting warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, and inventory control with primary responsibility of driving to and from client locations.
* Delivery and pickup of equipment, hardware, and supplies to and/or from various client locations.
* Support daily distribution and processing of reports and other correspondence as directed by Manager or Warehouse Coordinator.
* Other duties assigned as needed.
Skills and Abilities
* Clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) internally and externally.
* Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications such as MS Word and Excel.
* Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
* Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
* Demonstrated customer service focus and client communication skills.
Education and/or Experience
* Minimum 2 years of delivery driving experience.
* Valid Driver’s License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets AVI‑SPL driving standards.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands of this position are necessary to fulfill its responsibilities and essential functions. This role requires frequent lifting, with a maximum individual lift of 25 kg. Heavier goods will be palletised and unloaded using a pallet truck on the van.
