We are supporting in the recruitment of an AFTERSALES MANAGER to lead the team at a busy franchised dealer in Torbay.

You’ll be leading a team of Technicians, alongside Service Advisors and Parts Advisors to deliver the departmental objectives, brand commitments – alongside consistent customer service excellence.
Responsibilities will include: –
* Managing your team, ensuring all agreed customer service targets are met and the brand experience is delivered.
* Ensuring that the Aftersales department operates effectively with the Sales and Administration teams (and, where necessary, also across other dealerships) to ensure excellent customer service.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Service Department in terms of resource requirements to ensure the key targets of the franchise are achieved.
* Proactively plan to achieve maximum efficiency, productivity and volume of throughput.
* Achievement of the departmental budgets by innovative management and keen financial awareness.
Candidates must have experience in main dealer Service or Aftersales Management, understanding all aspects of the department with up to date legislative and process knowledge.
