Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
* Assist in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Lead small group interventions, including reading sessions.
* Offer one-on-one support to students when needed.
* Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children, especially those with SEN, is beneficial but not essential.
* Enthusiasm for creating interactive and engaging learning experiences.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and parents.
* A proactive, caring, and patient approach to supporting children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
