Your new role:
As a caseworker, you will provide social, emotional, and practical support to people whose mental health or emotional wellbeing may affect their ability to maintain a stable tenancy. You'll offer trauma-informed, person-led support that empowers individuals to build on their strengths and move toward independence.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading on needs assessments for individuals referred to the service
2. Co-producing Individual Support Plans that reflect personal goals and identified needs
3. Reviewing and updating risk assessments and support plans with the person being supported
