Overview
We are seeking a skilled Workday Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services and financial planning, enabling them to effectively implement and optimise Workday solutions for our clients. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can analyse client needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Duties
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
* Configure and customise Workday modules, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
* Provide training and support to clients on the use of Workday functionalities, fostering user adoption and satisfaction.
* Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of Workday applications.
* Stay updated on the latest Workday features and enhancements, advising clients on best practices for implementation.
* Assist in the development of documentation, including user guides and training materials, to support client onboarding processes.
Experience
* Proven experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of financial planning processes.
* Demonstrated expertise in implementing or optimising Workday solutions is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
