WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE • An enthusiasm for food and leadership experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise and organise your own and others workload.• You have significant commercial knowledge and food safety awareness with experience of working in a food service business. • Business-minded and goal orientated with a customer focus, ability to make quick decisions and take personal initiatives and open to change. • Leading others, you will have good communication skills that can assist to build relationships with co-workers and customers.
