💰 Salary: From £14.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

🌈 Your Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
* 🎨 Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
* 💖 Support the physical and emotional well-being of children
* 👩👧 Act as a key worker, building strong relationships with children and families
* 🤝 Collaborate with your team to uphold our high standards of care and education
* 🔒 Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and EYFS policies
🎓 What We’re Looking For
* ✅ Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential
* ✅ Fluent in written and spoken English – Essential
* ➕ 1+ year experience in Early Years – Desirable
* ➕ Knowledge of EYFS framework and regulatory requirements – Desirable
