Key Responsibilities Employee Relations & Support:
Provide first and second-line HR support for employee queries and requests
Support performance management, disciplinary, and grievance processes
Conduct employee relations investigations and provide guidance on complex matters
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings and candidate communications
HR Administration:
Maintain comprehensive HR system records for starters, leavers, and changes
Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate processing of employee data
Manage reward and recognition programmes
Track and manage probation periods and contract changes
Proven experience as an HR Advisor with strong employment law knowledge
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
