Marketing Manager
Location: North Warwickshire (Office-Based)
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 (Depending on Experience)
Full UK Driving Licence and Access to a Car Required
I'm working exclusively with a well-established client in the events industry who is looking to hire a talented Marketing Manager to join their Warwickshire-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, hands-on marketer who's ready to take ownership of a full 360 role and lead a small team.
Due to the rural location of the office, a car and full UK driving licence are essential.
The Role:
This is an office-based position where you'll be responsible for developing and delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. You'll also have line management responsibility for two Marketing Executives, so prior leadership or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Managing and optimising PPC advertising (Google Ads, paid social)
* Maintaining and improving the website using WordPress and Elementor
* Writing engaging content and marketing copy for various platforms
* Managing HubSpot CRM including email automation and lead nurturing
* Reporting on campaign performance and driving continuous improvement
* Leading, mentoring, and developing two Marketing Executives
* Supporting the marketing and promotion of live events and exhibitions
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a broad marketing role (ideally within the events sector)
* Strong skills in PPC, content, website management, and CRM platforms (HubSpot experience a bonus)
* Experience using WordPress and Elementor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Previous team management or mentoring experience
* Ability to work across multiple projects with strong attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence and own transport (location not accessible by public transport)
* Comfortable working full-time in the office
