Yard Marshall – Temp to Perm Opportunity
Location: Robertsbridge, East Sussex
Pay: £14.45 per hour (Paid PAYE)
Hours: 42.5 per week – PM Shift

We’re recruiting a Yard Marshall to join our team. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate
Important:
Due to the location of this role and no access to public transport, you MUST have your own transport.
Yard Marshall Key Responsibilities:
Organise and manage all yard activities efficiently
Ensure safe operations across the yard
Report unsafe acts and conditions to management
Maintain good housekeeping (sweeping, cleaning, gritting when required)
Manage contractors in yard areas
Complete safety audits and daily vehicle/trailer inspections
What Yard Marshall Needs to Succeed:
Flexible approach to working hours
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Strong Health & Safety awareness
Customer-focused, approachable, and a team player
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions
Full training provided
Own transport
