Key responsibilities:
1. Maintain sales ledger accounts with accuracy
2. Actively pursue debtors and collect cash via phone and email
3. Ensure all customer account information is up-to-date and accurate
4. Ensure that all sales orders are invoiced
5. Resolve customer account queries
6. Reconcile customer accounts
7. Undertake regular credit limit and payment terms reviews on customer accounts
8. Manage customer accounts to ensure customers adhere to agreed payment terms
9. Assist with the reconciliation of unallocated cash
10. Collate information to help with cash flow forecasting
11. Assist with month end procedures and close off
12. Assist with month end procedures
13. Assist the finance department with any adhoc tasks
What they're looking for:
14. Someone with previous credit control experience
15. Excellent communication skills
16. Good IT skills (including Excel)
17. Work collaboratively with the team and those in other departments
