Description About the Role We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers to join our Residential Aged Care team on a casual basis at our Scarborough site. Every shift is an opportunity to create meaningful moments and support residents to live with dignity, independence, and connection. In This Role You Will: Provide high-quality personal care with empathy and respect Support residents with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and emotional wellbeing Build meaningful relationships with residents and families Work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary care team Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ health and wellbeing Promote independence, choice, and person-centred care Follow clinical procedures and Aged Care Quality Standards to ensure safe, quality care Skills And Experiences What You’ll Bring Interest in working on a casual basis Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) – essential Previous aged care experience highly regarded A caring, compassionate, and positive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliability, flexibility, and commitment to quality care Physical capability to safely perform the requirements of the role Requirements National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Current right to work in Australia COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations highly recommended Ready to Join a Team That Feels Like Community?
