We're growing our Operational Services team and are looking for motivated junior consultants who want to develop deep technical skills while supporting customers using the ArcGIS platform.
You'll work with colleagues across departments to maintain customer environments, resolve technical issues, and contribute to service improvements. Our team manages enterprise‑scale ArcGIS deployments across many industries, giving you hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, real‑world systems, and customer operations.

What you'll do:

About You

* Have some foundational knowledge of cloud or Esri technologies.
* Are motivated to deepen your cloud, IT, and ArcGIS skills.
* Enjoy understanding systems and finding improvements.

* Are comfortable investigating, analysing, and explaining technical issues.
Communicate clearly and confidently
* Can explain technical ideas to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
* Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Stay organised, manage multiple tasks, and use your time effectively.
* Build strong working relationships and contribute to a collaborative team.
* Are proactive, self‑motivated, and committed to high‑quality service.
