Thérapie Clinic is the fastest-growing Aesthetic Medical Clinic in Europe, with 75 locations across Ireland, Northern Ireland, Great Britain, and New York City. We are seeking a talented Clinic Manager for our Leicester Clinic to lead and inspire a team, drive sales, and ensure top-tier client experiences. This role offers the opportunity to shape the clinic’s future while maintaining the highest standards of treatments and customer service.

3# Key Responsibilities
* Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.
* Ensure all team members deliver a 5-star service to customers at all times.
* Ensure all Procedures and Policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
* Conduct weekly 1-2-1 meetings with team members.
* Complete weekly reporting on operations and commercial targets.
* Manage employee relations, including probation, disciplinary, and grievance procedures.
* Manage staff rostering and annual leave.
* Perform ad hoc duties as required.

* Management or supervision experience.
* Strong organisation and attention to detail skills.
