Job Title: Night Support Supervisor
Location: Deanfield Residential Home, Hawick
Hours: 1 x 20.50 & 1 x 10.25 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary*: £14.29 - £15.42 per hour / £26,091.81 - £28,154.06 pro rata per annum
Qualifications: SVQ 3 or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
Training: All training is provided.
Requirements: PVG Adults - we will do this for you! SSSC registered.

The Role
This position requires experience in a social care setting, with the ability to lead overnight and take responsibility for the delivery of care. You will ensure the safety and security of service users and staff within the building.
The role involves supporting staff to deliver high standards of care to service users and being the lead staff member during critical unplanned events, including contacting Out of Hours Managers and emergency services.
