Domestic Abuse Refuge Project Worker (Children & Young People)\nLocation: New Forest\nSalary: £15,000 - £20,000 per annum\nHours: 22 hours per week\nEnhanced DBS: Required\n\nWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Refuge Project Worker to support children and young people who have experienced domestic abuse and are living in refuge accommodation. This is a trauma-informed role focused on safety, recovery, empowerment and long-term outcomes for children and families.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\n * \n\n Providing one-to-one and group support to children and young people in refuge\n\n * \n\n Delivering safety planning, advocacy and emotional support\n\n * \n\n Supporting children to process trauma and build resilience\n\n * \n\n Facilitating group work, peer support and holiday activities\n\n * \n\n Working in partnership with mothers to strengthen family relationships\n\n * \n\n Supporting access to education, including school liaison and transfers\n\n * \n\n Developing and reviewing individual support and risk management plans\n\n * \n\n Advocating for families with statutory and voluntary agencies\n\n * \n\n Maintaining accurate case records and reports in line with data protection\n\n * \n\n Contributing to the safe day-to-day running of refuge accommodation\n\n * \n\n Participating in an out-of-hours on-call rota, including emergency response\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n\n * \n\n Expe...
