Business Manager - Manufacturing & Engineering
Shifts: Rotating
Elevation Recruitment are currently recruiting a Machine Shop Supervisor on behalf of a specialist manufacturer, who off the back of a very successful year have ambitious plans for incremental growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity, managing a team of skilled operators across a modern, well-equipped facility. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily shop floor operations across a range of machines including:
* 3 & 5 Axis CNC Machines
* Sliding Head Lathes
* Injection Moulding Machinery
You’ll report directly to the Production Director and play a key part in ensuring operational targets are met. This is a hands-on leadership role with around 60% hands-on (setting/operating) and 40% supervisory.
We’re looking for Machine Shop Supervisors with the below skills & experience:
* Experience in setting and operating CNC machinery
* Comfortable managing a small team, ensuring high standards of productivity, safety, and quality
* Ability to lead by example and bring a positive, team-oriented attitude
