We are pleased to say we are expanding and looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to aid in helping change people’s lives and help them find them their new forever job. This role will play an integral part for the business and help local Manufacturing, Engineering and Distribution companies find local talent. Working pattern: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30 As the Recruitment Resourcer you will receive the below benefits: * 22 days holiday BH (rising to 30 after each year) * Pension * Life insurance (after 2-year qualifying period) * Sick pay (after qualifying period) * EAP programme * local discounts and benefits The role for the Recruitment Resourcer: * Making initial telephone calls and qualifying local talent on their job requirements * Helping prepare CV's with candidates * Registration of all new candidates * Preparation of registration packs * Resourcing for temporary and permanent job roles using varied platforms * Accurate support to consultants when placing candidates * Resourcing future candidates using all social media forums and job boards What would make you a good Recruitment Resourcer: * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Hungry for success * Energetic, organised and conscientious approach * Ability to use own initiative and work well as part of a team * Polite, warm and professional telephone manner * Methodical approach and an eye for detail * Be able to work efficiently and accurately * Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines * PC literate with a good knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Office * A background in Recruitment (ideal, but not essential)
