This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly developing multiagency pathway. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Dietitian to be part of a new team providing training, professional consultation, and specialist MDT response for Children and Young People experiencing significant eating problems / ARFID.
The role involves collaborating across health, education, and social care sectors to develop an effective pathway, driving its development by working with clinical specialists to ensure an effective MDT process. You will play a key role in mobilizing this new pathway, with opportunities to develop skills in project delivery and quality improvement, as well as leading and developing the ARFID pathway.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and strengthening clinical pathways.
2. Leading the development of the MDT of professionals.
3. Creating a graduated response plan.
4. Developing and delivering training and consultation functions.
5. Collaborating with VCSE partners to ensure safe and effective pathways and transitions.
6. Promoting and maintaining the multidisciplinary concept of care.
7. Building therapeutic relationships with clients and their carers.
8. Participating in research to enhance understanding and good clinical practice.
9. Engaging in clinical governance activities such as audits and supervision.
