We are now looking for a highly motivated and strategic Influencer & Partnerships Manager to join our performance-driven marketing team. This person will play a critical role in scaling our brand presence across key markets, building and managing long-term partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and creators who align with our luxury "clean girl" aesthetic.

You'll be responsible for developing the influencer and affiliate strategy, managing campaigns end-to-end, and driving measurable ROI from partnerships that fuel Dylan Oaks' growth through 2025 and beyond.

Your Role

As Influencer & Partnerships Manager, you will:

* Own and execute our influencer, affiliate, and creator strategy, scaling both paid and organic partnerships.
* Identify and nurture relationships with top-tier creators, influencers, and affiliate networks in the UK, Ireland.
* Lead high-impact gifting and seeding programmes, ensuring premium brand representation and maximising posting rates.
* Negotiate contracts and partnerships that deliver measurable ROI, brand equity, and long-term collaboration potential.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure influencer content drives traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
* Report directly to the Head of Marketing, while mentoring and supporting junior members of the partnerships team.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Affiliate Strategy

* Develop and own Dylan Oaks' influencer and affiliate growth strategy.
* Forecast budgets, set KPIs, and track ROI on all partnership activities.
* Expand partnerships internationally, with a focus on emerging markets.

Relationship Management

* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key creators, managers, and affiliate partners.
* Manage inbound and outbound partnership requests, ensuring a professional and premium experience.
* Serve as the main point of contact for influencers and affiliates, ensuring they feel valued and supported.

Campaign Management

* Plan, execute, and oversee gifting, affiliate, and paid influencer campaigns.
* Negotiate contracts and rates with influencers, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining brand alignment.
* Ensure influencer deliverables meet brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and content quality standards.

Content & Creative Coordination

* Collaborate with the creative team to provide influencers with tailored briefs, moodboards, and campaign assets.
* Collect and repurpose user-generated content for paid ads, organic social, and email campaigns.
* Spot and capitalise on trends to position Dylan Oaks as a leader in the luxury jewellery space.

Performance & Reporting

* Analyse influencer and affiliate performance data, reporting on KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
* Optimise campaigns in real time based on performance insights.
* Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on scaling partnerships.

Team Leadership

* Mentor and support junior executives or interns within the partnerships function.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure influencer and affiliate activity supports overall business objectives.

Qualifications

* 3+ years experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, affiliate management or similar role (luxury, fashion, or jewellery experience is a strong advantage).
* Proven track record of managing influencer and affiliate campaigns that drive measurable ROI.
* Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Deep knowledge of social media trends, platforms, and creator ecosystems.
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
* Analytical mindset with experience using tracking tools (Google Analytics, affiliate platforms, influencer platforms).
