OTE GBP £42,000.00/Yr. Overview: Business Development Manager - Automotive Parts, £32,000 Per Annum Basic with Bonus opportunity of £10,000 per annum plus Company Car. Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm, open to discussion.

Here at Charles Hurst, we seek an ambitious and talented Trade Parts Business Development Manager to join our successful team in Belfast. Candidates should have a passion for the automotive industry and extensive knowledge of parts, either Franchise or After-market.
With direct purchase accounts with over ten Franchise marques and an established After-market range, we offer a unique portfolio to our customers. The role involves developing and growing trade parts sales within our Trade Hub, identifying new customers, and expanding existing accounts from independent garages, body shops, and fleet sectors. Building strong relationships and increasing parts sales through range expansion are key responsibilities.
Key abilities include maintaining product knowledge, working within sales strategies, supporting the Trade Hub team, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with sales, accessories, and transport teams to maximize growth. Developing strong relationships with the telesales team to achieve sales targets is also essential.
Applicants should have prior experience in a similar automotive environment with a proven sales record in B2B trade parts. IT literacy, particularly Excel and Word, and ideally experience with CDK/Kerridge are required. Financial monitoring skills and excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills are essential.
