Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and review statutory year-end accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients
* Lead and assist with audit assignments from planning through to completion
* Manage VAT returns, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations
* Accurately complete Self-Assessment and Corporation Tax returns in line with HMRC regulations
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to day-to-day queries with professionalism and efficiency
* Identify process improvements and contribute to internal audit procedures
* Supervise, mentor, and support the professional development of junior team members
