Job Duties:
* Supporting the teacher in implementing lesson plans
* Assisting with classroom management and student supervision
* Providing one-on-one support to students with special educational needs
* Helping to create a positive learning environment
* Supporting students in their educational and personal development
Required Qualifications:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Experience working in a classroom setting
* Knowledge of special educational needs
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent
Experience:
Previous experience working in a classroom setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of special educational needs
* Effective communication skills
* Ability to work well in a team
* Patience and empathy
Preferred Qualifications:
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* First Aid certification
