Skills
* Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory operations and lead generation efforts effectively
* Excellent negotiation and customer service skills to build lasting relationships with clients
* Ability to conduct compelling product demos and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs
* Skilled in inside sales techniques such as cold calling, follow‑up communication, and lead nurturing
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data for strategic decision‑making
* Familiarity with marketing strategies that support business development initiatives
* Demonstrated ability to upsell products and identify new revenue streams within existing accounts
* Strong communication skills combined with a proactive approach to territory management and customer engagement
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 2 years experience in customer facing sales, retail or hospitality
* Flexible & available to work scheduled hours including weekends
* Reside within 30 minute travel radius of the store
* Possession of a full driving license and access to your own vehicle is preferred
