Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive & Head of Department Chippenham, Wiltshire This fantastic senior opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to join a highly regarded team You will take over from and work alongside the very well respected current HoD, who will remain on hand to support you each step of the way The Role: You will play a key role in delivering expert legal advice on all aspects of real estate law This will include complex matters relating to: Acquisitions & disposals Leases Commercial Property Finance, Security & Investment Asset Management Alongside this you will: Be involved in the firms board meetings Be instrumental in strategic decision making Manage & support the existing team Grow & develop the team & dept (You will have a reduced personal target to allow time for these matters) What experience do you need: 7 years' PQE in commercial property law Strong all round real estate knowledge Any specialisms will be welcomed & nurtured ie: agricultural/energy (these are not essential) A drive & willingness to do well and support those around you to thrive Openness to business development & marketing A client following is not essential Why Join This Firm?
