Performance and Strategy Officer
Location: Home-based (Designated Office: Head office - Memorial House, Coalville, Leicestershire). This role will require occasional travel to our head office and other sites across the East Midlands.
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (with one-hour lunch break)
Salary: £44,989-£49,988 per annum (Corp Services RFJ 8)
The Role
As Performance and Strategy Officer at emh you will take a leading role in shaping the strategic direction of the organisation and working with teams across the business to develop a Corporate Plan and supporting strategies, as well supporting the organisation better understand its performance and enable improvements across all service areas.
The role will require curiosity, strong data analytical skills and the ability to prepare high quality and accessible reports on performance. You should be able to benchmark performance and highlight useful insights that drive performance and support effective decision making.
You will be working with teams, senior leaders and customers so you must have strong communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.

Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent through experience are essential criteria for this role
* Qualification in relevant area or working towards it or demonstrable appropriate experience, e.g. project management &/or research qualification
