We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales growth of our industrial cleaning equipment portfolio.
You'll play a key role in accelerating our new business growth by leveraging your strong track record and extensive professional network.
What You'll Do
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to deliver revenue and market share growth.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in target markets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and provide consultative equipment solutions.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and service teams to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
• A proven track record in B2B sales or business development at managerial level, ideally within industrial equipment, cleaning solutions, or facilities management.
• An extensive professional network to accelerate new business growth.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to explain industrial cleaning equipment and related technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivation, organisational strength, and commercial awareness.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A results-oriented, resilient, and adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in competitive markets.
• Willingness to travel as required.
