A highly respected, boutique wealth management firm based in South Dublin is now seeking a skilled Employee Benefits Portfolio Manager to join their team in a newly created position.

The Role:
As the successful Employee Benefits Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in:
* Management of existing clients within EB division - across areas including group risk, retirement solutions, health insurance & more
* Client relationship building with new and existing clients
* Management of small, high-performing administrative team
* Continually develop working understanding of broker market, liaising with insurance companies
* Presenting to existing and prospective companies
The Person:
The successful Employee Benefits Portfolio Manager will meet the following criteria:
* Relevant industry qualification(s) - IIPM, LIA exams, CII, QFA, ACII, Trustee qualifications, etc.
* Deep understanding of pension and life products, Irish market
* Proven skills in presenting to C-Suite level stakeholders
* Experience in liaising/working with insurers
* Ability to thrive in a small-team setting
* Strong IT skills
