What you'll be doing
* Diagnosing and repairing PCs, laptops, printers, and EPOS/point‑of‑sale systems
* Following workshop procedures and safety/ESD standards
* Managing your own workload and hitting quality targets
* Completing all documentation and system updates accurately
* Collaborating with your Senior Engineer to keep priorities on track
* Staying up to date with new technology through ongoing training
* Supporting continuous improvement and delivering top‑tier service
What we're looking for
Must‑haves:
* Strong hardware repair experience (PCs, laptops, printers)
* Confident fault‑finding skills, especially with EPOS equipment
* Previous workshop experience
* Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently
* Great communication skills and high attention to detail
* Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with solid time management
Nice‑to‑haves:
* 3+ years break/fix experience
* J2, Aures, Geller tills repair knowledge
* HP, Lenovo, Toshiba accreditations
* CompTIA A+ certification
