Customer Service Advisor – Part Time Six Month Contract
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. We are looking for talented individuals to deliver the best possible customer care, working on inbound and outbound sales activities for the entire company.
Hours of work: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
Main Responsibilities
1. Managing customer queries via inbound calls and emails
2. Making outbound calls to promote our products to existing customers
3. Pricing and entering order details on the system
4. Delivering excellent service to customers
5. Working towards sales targets
6. Accurate data entry

1. Previous experience in customer service or sales
2. An upbeat, friendly approach when speaking to customers
