Project Manager – OCU Group
Location: Leeds or Stockport (with regular travel across the UK)

OCU Group is a leading engineering and infrastructure services provider, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions nationwide. As our operations continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to lead major projects and support our commitment to excellence.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of allocated projects—ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery in line with budget and contractual requirements. You’ll engage closely with clients, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and take ownership of project outcomes.
You will be based in either Leeds or Stockport, with regular UK-wide site travel.
About You – Key Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical and operational background and be confident leading complex infrastructure projects. Essential experience includes:
Technical & Industry Exposure
* Exposure to electrical M&E, civils, and multi-discipline engineering environments.
* Experience working on high-voltage infrastructure projects (33–132kV), ideally within DNO environments.
* Background within large construction, utilities, or major infrastructure organisations.
Leadership & Delivery
* Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive project performance.
* Strong commercial awareness and capability to administer contracts effectively.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Qualifications such as APM, PRINCE2, SMSTS, or relevant engineering credentials are highly advantageous.
