The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students with diverse needs. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN).
* Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons that cater to individual learning styles.
* Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
* Monitoring and tracking student progress.
* Collaborating with other staff members and parents to ensure each student's success.
