Night Supervisor - CP Stratford at Valor Hospitality Careers UK
Salary: £26,998.40 per annum (£12.98 per hour), 40 hours per week, 5 days per week.
Responsibilities
* Run the Front Desk and support the management team with Night Audit.
* Deal with guest requests related to the hotel’s products and services (e.g., room amenities, room service).
* Maintain knowledge of brand standards and ensure they are delivered at all times.
* Be flexible to adapt on shift and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.
* Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Requirements
* Strong background in a branded hotel working in a front of house or reception team.
* Ability to deliver brand standards anytime of the day.
