The Role As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in upholding the high standards of cleanliness and presentation that The Venues Collection is known for. You will ensure that guest bedrooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards, delivering a consistently excellent experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the brand standard Ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed efficiently and within given timeframes Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly and accurately Replenish amenities, linen and guest supplies as required Maintain housekeeping trolleys and storage areas in a clean, safe, and organised condition Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience Support deep-cleaning and other scheduled cleaning duties as needed Demonstrate an eye for detail and pride in creating a welcoming environment About You A positive and proactive approach with a passion for hospitality Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality Good time management and ability to work independently or as part of a team Flexible and reliable, with a ‘can-do’ attitude Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable, but not essential - full training will be provided Why Join Us?
