Location: Epsom – Covering Guildford, Crawley, redhill, Horley
Salary: £34,100

Day to Day duties of a Multi Trader:
1. Carpentry: Skirting, hang doors
2. Plastering: Patch plastering
3. Painting and decorating e.g. small paint jobs
4. Plumbing: Tap changes, and minor plumbing repairs
5. UPVC: Repair of windows and door locks
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Multi Trader:
6. Social Housing Experience
7. City & Guilds / NVQ – Primary Trade
8. Driving License
