Overview
A London-based creative studio is looking for a Junior Digital Designer to join its growing team and help deliver high-quality, boundary-pushing work across digital and brand projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive junior who wants to develop strong core skills within a collaborative, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
* Design websites, brand assets, e-newsletters and printed marketing materials
* Support digital campaign and brand rollout projects
* Provide feedback to developers to ensure designs are built to the highest standards
* Upload and update website content via WordPress
* Update the studio website with new case studies and recent work
* Present work internally and clearly explain design decisions
* Collaborate closely with senior designers and project managers
* Proactively manage workload and maintain high-quality output
Skills & Requirements
* Strong understanding of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
* Solid grasp of typography, layout and digital best practice
* Understanding of how websites function and how technical limitations impact design
* Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
* Basic video editing and animation skills desirable but not essential
Salary
£28,000-£34,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location & Working Style
* Full-time
* London - Hybrid (minimum 3 days in office)
* 25 days holiday per year + additional day for every 4 years of service
