Cyber Security Delivery Manager | Permanent | UK Remote | £50,000 p.a
Peaple Talent has partnered with a reputable consultancy in the UK to recruit a Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager on a full-time permanent basis.
The client is located in South West England but is hiring remotely due to the client-facing nature of the role.

The role involves guiding clients towards better security practices, maximizing service value, and clarifying complex challenges.
We seek a candidate with a background in cybersecurity operations, excellent interpersonal skills, and a growth mindset, eager to contribute to evolving technical solutions and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operational engagement with clients, maintaining regular communication and service updates.
* Assist the sales team in client retention, supporting renewal processes for CSOC contracts.
* Investigate security events, generate incident reports, resolve client concerns, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
* Create and maintain internal technical documentation to improve operational workflows.
* Support service teams by troubleshooting operational issues.
* Facilitate onboarding of new clients, understanding their operations and risk landscapes, and providing support during initial service adoption.
* Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring their expectations are met.
* Contribute to customer reports, analyzing service performance, threat detection trends, and other metrics like SLAs and vulnerabilities.
* Collaborate with engineering to identify and implement service improvements.
* Offer expert guidance to clients on optimizing their use of services.
Key Experience Required:
* Understanding of Security Operations Centre (SOC) environments, SIEM and SOAR tools for threat detection and response.
* Microsoft Security certifications or equivalent experience demonstrating technical expertise.
* Interest in current cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, attacker techniques, and vulnerabilities.
* Knowledge of frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus.
* Experience with Microsoft security technologies, especially in Azure, and familiarity with tools like Microsoft Sentinel and Defender XDR.
