We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent Resource Coordinator to join our fantastic team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Talent Resource Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our recruitment advertising is of the highest standard while providing essential administrative support across the organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in recruitment administration who thrives on working in a busy, supportive environment and enjoys building positive relationships.

This is a remote role that will be predominantly home-based although there may be a requirement for travel to attend in-person meetings.

What you’ll be doing

1. Coordinating recruitment advertising across platforms including S1Jobs, TotalJobs, Indeed, and our careers site.
2. Supporting Regional Resourcing Consultants with job postings, careers pages, and sector-specific networks.
3. Using our Applicant Tracking System to edit, update, and maintain job adverts.
4. Monitoring vacancies inbox and handling recruitment-related administration.
5. Maintaining and updating job descriptions to ensure best practice.
6. Validating Disclosure Scotland invoices and ensuring PVG deductions are processed.
7. Organising recruitment materials and providing cover for the HR Assistants when required.

What we’re looking for

8. Previous experience in a similar recruitment/resourcing role.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - confident in both written and verbal communication.
10. Strong IT skills, with experience using Word, Excel, and databases.
11. Highly organised, with attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
12. A team player who can also work independently with enthusiasm and adaptability.
