Do you want to make a real difference for customers at important life moments? We’re looking for a Legal Services Specialist who is organised, detail-oriented and thrives on helping people.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for enquiries about Wills, trusts, and probate plans. You’ll handle calls and emails, make amendments to Wills, manage probate placements or cancellations, and support audits to keep our Will bank accurate and up to date.
We’re looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a busy workload. Knowledge or experience in legal services—particularly Wills, Probate, or Trusts—is a big plus. Confidence using Microsoft Office is essential, and an HNC in Administration or will writing accreditation would be a bonus.
