What began as a group of local families coming together to provide education and opportunity to their children has today developed into a thriving business supporting more than 1,500 participants across seven Local Government areas.
Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Casual and Permanent Support Workers to join our dynamic team across three key business units:
Social, Community and Creative Pathways (SCCP): Part Time or Casual
* Initial focus on SCCP with opportunities to engage with Community Living participants.
Community Living: Part Time or Casual
* Day shifts, split shifts, and weekend availability required.
* Shifts span from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays.
Supported Living:
* 1 x PT 28 Hours per week, which include active overnights and afternoons (extra allowance for active overnights)
* 1 x PT 22 Hours per week, Active overnights and afternoons (extra allowance for active overnights)

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking individuals who are:
* Passionate about empowering people with disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
* Flexible and adaptable to meet the varied needs of our participants.
* Available for casual work and able to cover shifts at short notice.
* Any experience is preferred at this stage
Key Responsibilities
* Providing high-quality support tailored to the needs and goals of participants.
* Assisting with daily living tasks, community engagement, and skill-building activities.
* Ensuring the safety and well-being of participants at all times.
* Collaborating with the team to deliver person-centered support.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in disability support or similar roles (preferred but not essential).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
* NSW Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance (or willingness to obtain).
* A valid Australian driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
