Responsibilities
* Take charge in the absence of the Service Manager by overseeing and managing the residential service.
* Inspire and develop the team through regular staff supervisions, effective training management, and motivating through role modeling.
* Efficiently plan rotas to ensure seamless operational function.
* Conduct weekly and monthly audits assessing finance and medication processes.
* Coordinate medication ordering and ensure safe storage and disposal practices.
* Keep abreast of the latest policies and procedures to inform decision-making and foster a solutions-led culture.
* Provide hands-on support to residents performing daily life activities such as personal care, household tasks, and engaging in community activities like cooking or outings.
