The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day front-of-house operation, leading from the floor and ensuring standards reflect the restaurant’s Michelin and Rosette recognition.
You will:
* Lead service with confidence, presence and attention to detail
* Deliver a polished yet relaxed guest experience
* Drive and maintain standards expected of a Michelin-recommended, 3 Rosette venue
* Train, mentor and develop the front-of-house team
* Oversee reservations, table management and service flow
* Handle guest feedback professionally and instinctively
* Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless service
* Support the ongoing development of the business as a leading destination
This is a hands-on role, suited to a manager who thrives on the floor and understands the balance between high standards and genuine hospitality.

The Ideal Candidate
* Current Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
* Experience within Rosette-level, Michelin Guide or high-quality gastro pub environments
* Strong understanding of food, wine and premium service standards
* Confident leading busy, high-quality service
* Professional, personable and calm under pressure
* A natural host who understands the importance of detail without losing warmth
