A vacancy has occurred for a Catering Supervisor at Fintry Primary School. The ideal candidate will be motivated, interested, and take pride in maintaining high standards of food preparation and service.
Requirements:
* Supervisory experience with at least 3 years of good quality cooking and presentation skills.
* A REHIS Intermediate Food Hygiene qualification is desirable.
* An Elementary Food Hygiene qualification is essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all kitchen activities related to food production, ensuring compliance with the Food Safety Act, Health & Safety at Work Act, and other relevant legislation. They must be able to meet the demands of the service provided to our customers.
Additional requirements include:
* Membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children. If shortlisted, you will need to complete the form and have your details verified.
