At Milk Education, we are working in partnership with a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Enfield to recruit a passionate and driven Primary ECT to join their team from September 2026.

The Role
As a Primary ECT, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that inspire young learners. The successful Primary ECT will be joining a collaborative staff team where innovation and professional growth are actively encouraged.
Your responsibilities as a Primary ECT will include:
1. Planning and delivering high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum
2. Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
3. Assessing and tracking pupil progress effectively
4. Working closely with experienced teachers and senior leaders
5. Contributing to the wider school community
