We are looking for an Instrument Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team and support the assembly and testing of high-quality diagnostic instruments and electro-mechanical components in our GMP facility.

The Role
As an Instrument Assembly Technician, you will:
* Assemble diagnostic sub-assemblies and instruments to defined protocols and specifications
* Perform PCB assembly, component placement, and precision soldering
* Carry out electrical and mechanical testing, including voltage checks and functionality verification
* Operate and maintain 3D printing equipment for prototype and production parts
* Implement ESD protection protocols in all electronic assembly operations
* Conduct in-process quality checks, record accurate batch documentation, and follow GMP standards
* Support troubleshooting, process improvements, and cross-functional investigations
* Maintain equipment through cleaning, calibration, and basic maintenance
About You
We’re seeking candidates with:
* At least 1 year of electronic assembly or regulated manufacturing experience (pharma, medical device, or similar)
* Knowledge of GMP/GLP; ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 experience is an advantage
* Understanding of PCB assembly, soldering, and ESD protocols
* Familiarity with 3D printing technologies and component post-processing
* Experience with electrical testing, inspection procedures, and optical measurement systems
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work to strict quality standards
